Bishop Derrick Jones has served as Lead Pastor of  the Seneca Church of God since May 17th 2009.  Before coming to Seneca, Pastor Derrick had served as a Children's Pastor for 7 years.  Coming from a children's ministry that averaged over 250 kids per week, Pastor Derrick  has brought an excitement to the church that is very contagious and is beginning to spread through out our community.  With strong illustrations and a little humor, Pastor Derrick brings the word alive in a way that is easily applied to each and every life.

"Come Experience the Excitement", is the church slogan, because Pastor Derrick believes your encounter with the Lord causes excitement, while building your faith, and growing spiritually through serving.

Pastor Derrick says that serving in ministry with his wife of twenty years, Dianna, is a blessing . Together they have three daugthers, LaCresta, Laura, and Brittany.
